Asian American Advocacy Day
Join us on Wednesday, March 13 for our Asian American Advocacy Day at Liberty Plaza as we engage our legislators on issues important to our communities.
Tentative program:
8:30am - check-in & arrival at Liberty Plaza
9:00am - start of program & advocacy training
10:00am - group picture inside of the Capitol & lobbying
11:15am - rally at Liberty Plaza
12:00pm - end of program & travel to Hyatt Regency Atlanta for lunch & conference
This year we've changed up our usual breakfast program and instead, have organized our Advocacy Day in conjunction with the National Advancing Justice Conference which is being hosted in Atlanta from March 11-13. Advocacy Day participants will receive free one-day admission to the Conference on that Wednesday and will have the opportunity to join us for lunch and panels with Asian American leaders from around the country.
