● Green Card
● Driver's license
● All your passports
● Social Security Card
● most recent tax return
● Employment & Residence History for Past 5 Years
● Personal Check or Money Order for $680 made out to USCIS.
*If you need financial assistance, please bring evidence of public benefits and/or your 2015 Tax Returns.
