COVID-19 (Coronavirus update)
Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple has been having a 30+ year old tradition of Sunday Services. And at this juncture of pandemic around, GAVT believes in continuing the tradition of performing Agnihotra to spread health and healing by removing the ill causing germs in the air. Yajnya is a powerful tool to purify the air around and make the environment healthier.
For the convenience to all, the 3/15th Services, Bhajan and Special Talk will be telecast live on Facebook. Please join us from the comfort of your home and watch online. Please like our facebook page here and stay tuned at 10.30 AM on Sunday.
A limited number of volunteers will perform Hawan. Your health is of utmost importance. Please use your best judgement whether to physically attend services or not. If you are unwell or someone is unwell at home, please stay home and enjoy the services online. Requesting all seniors to please attend services online, via Facebook.
Revised services time : 10.30 AM - 12 PM
Note: No lunch-prasad this Sunday to ensure social isolation.
Sunday Vedic Sanskriti School is canceled for the next two weeks. Staff is working to organize online classes if the need be.
Annual Mahayajnya has been postponed. New date to be announced later.
