Join us for an evening of good vibrations including music, mantra, sacred signing bowls, meditation and so much more. This expansive offering is based on meditations and mantra from one of the central and most beloved texts of modern Buddhism, the Prajñā Pāramitā Hṛdāya Sūtra, popularly known as the Heart Sutra. We will sing the Heart Sutra mantra in both Sanskrit and English as we move towards a blissful state of awakened awareness, or samādhi. Opportunities are provided for participation in group chanting, or one can just lay back and receive the vibration and divine energies surrounding them.
Bring your open mind and your very best self. No prior experience in mantra or singing is expected or required.
