Information about USA India Initiatives, Inc. (UIII):
Goal of USA India Initiatives, Inc. is to bring investment, partnerships and businesses between the United States and India on a common platform and accelerate growth in key areas of science & technology, education, entertainment, life sciences, supply chain and investment etc. In last one decade, USA India Initiatives, Inc. has organized several bi-national conferences/events and now moving towards international focused events like “Georgia’s Entertainment Industry: Opportunities for International Companies/Ventures” & “Big Data, Cloud Computing & Cyber Security Opportunities in Georgia.” Our flagship conference USA India Business Summit (UIBS) is organized in partnership with federally funded program; Georgia Tech Center for International Business Education & Research (GT CIBER). UIBS has distinguished history of being largest conference in the South–East USA that promotes business relations between USA and India and it is second largest program in the USA in USA and India business bi-national category attracting over 400 participants in two days.
UIBS is organized by USA India Initiatives, the Georgia Tech CIBER, USIBRC and the Georgia Department of Economic Development with support of the Consulate General of India-Atlanta, U.S. Commercial Service, Metro Atlanta Chamber, Confederation of Indian Industry, The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and a host of sponsoring organizations.
In 2014, we a new programming series called “UIBS CEO Series” was added. In this, we invite C level executives of top US and Indian companies to address a limited number of participants and media persons on various aspects of growing USA India business relations and complementing marquee events.
UIBS has been catalytic in working with premier research universities like Georgia Tech, Emory University and UGA to do innovative programming and grow research and business activities among USA and India. In 2014, for the first time; we organized 1st USA India Vaccines and Immunotherapy Conference as a part of UIBS 2014.
UIII has successfully coordinated 29 business delegations to India for Georgia based companies and organizations including Georgia Deptt.. Of Economic Development (GDEcD), Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (MAC) and Georgia Tech etc. UIII has presented Georgia based organizations/companies ability to connect/explore with one of the largest and fastest growing dynamic economies of the World.
