Health Needs Assessment for Asians in Georgia

We request your participation in a 5-minute online survey that will benefit the health of the South Asian community in Georgia. The Needs Assessment is a multiple choice, anonymous, and confidential online survey for the South Asian and East Asian community in Georgia. The survey is being conducted by the Fulton County Department of Health, but participants do not have to be Fulton County residents. The survey takes about 5-8 minutes to complete.Fulton County will use the report to decide what health issues Asians have and how to address those issues through services and outreach.(This survey is now closed.
