Indian 101 Cooking Class
This demonstration class will introduce you to spices and how to use them. Regional differences in Indian culture and cuisine will be discussed. You will learn how to cook the following dishes: Alu Gobhi (Potato and Cauliflower), Chicken Curry, Daal Tarka (Yellow lentils), Raita (Cucumber yogurt sauce), Chapati (Whole wheat flat bread). We will then enjoy the dishes that were created paired with wine and beer and ending with hot Masala Chai and Gulab Jamun(Indian doughnuts in syrup) This class will be $75 per person and will max our at 20 participants.
