Muslim Advocacy Day at the Capitol

Join us for our first ever Muslim Advocacy Day at the Georgia State Capitol on March 21st from 11am-2pm. This will be our opportunity to engage our legislators on issues that are important to our community, and to give our elected leaders insight into our growingly diverse community. Our steering committee for this event Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta, CAIR Georgia, the Georgia Muslim Voter Project, and IMAN Atlanta.
Tentative program:
11am - arrival & lunch
11:30 - advocacy training
12:00pm - meet with your legislators
1:00pm - closing program & presentation
