Dr. Rajagopal, a nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize and the father of palliative care in India, will be speaking in conversation with Dr. Tammie Quest, Director of the Emory Palliative Care Center.

1. opioids, "non-addictive opioids" used in India
2. care of the dying
3. understanding the transformation of healthcare in the developing countries and the current state of palliative care
4. understand the cultural disparities that influence the care of the Indian population
5. learn strategies to provide culturally competent care for the Indian population
