Passport to India -- The Learning Tea

With mutual goals of helping educate impoverished people in India, Mission India and The Learning Tea are working together to present Mission India’s “A Passport to India” on Sunday February 24th, 2013.

Join us for a night where you will be transported to the exotic and colorful country of India. You will experience food, hear the music, and come to better understand this diverse and complex culture with a presentation from Mission India’s recent travels to India. There will also be a silent auction to help raise funds for Mission India.

Tickets are $50 and can be purchased on The Learning Tea’s website, http://thelearningtea.com/events. Tickets are limited so please purchase your tickets as soon as possible to ensure your seat.

Mission India has been actively supporting the most needy in India for over 50 years. One of the three areas with which they are involved is adult literacy. Mission India trains these indigenous people in their own communities while at the same time providing classes on health and social awareness.
