CELLULOID MAN, directed by Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, is an exploration of the life and works of Indian cinema’s renowned P.K. Nair, a walking master of Indian film knowledge and Archivist for the National Film Archive of India, who has influenced a generation of Indian filmmakers. The film follows Nair's journey through personal stories and interviews with Indian cinema luminaries. CELLULOID MAN is regarded as essential viewing for anyone interested in cinema and incredible imagery.

Coming on September 7 at 7:00p.m. will be Hank and Asha directed by James E. Duff. An Indian woman studying in Prague and a lonely, young New York filmmaker begin an unconventional romance in this modern love story of two strangers searching for human connection in a hyper-connected world. A 21st century take on finding love is explored in this charming romantic comedy. Mahira Kakkar, an actress of stage, film and TV, stars as Asha. Hank and Asha is the Winner of the 2013 Slamdance Audience Award.

Also on September 7, is Arranged Marriage, a short film written & directed by Rucha Humnabadkar. Last year Arranged Marriage was an official selection of the 3rd i San Francisco International South Asian Film Festival, and the White Sands International Film Festival.

The final screening date in the series will be September 21 at 7:00p.m. with Bollywood: The Greatest Love Story Ever Told by directors Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Jeff Zimbalist. The film tells the breathtaking story of Bollywood with all of its glitz and glamour through the eyes of its actors and directors. It is a film filled with love, music and dance. Bollywood: The Greatest Love Story Ever Told opened as a 2011 selection at the Cannes Film Festival.
