Yoga and the Path to Lasting Happiness
Please attend this wonderful and inspiring Yoga workshop led by Swami Satyanand and you will learn the key points to eternal happiness. In this workshop, you will learn healthy habits, mindful eating, discipline of body and mind through the practice of Yoga, and learn the Path of Moderation as outlined in Bhavagad Gita.
You may obtain every material achievement, but are you truly satisfied? Do you feel fullness within? Or are you missing something? Are you balanced under all circumstances? Come and learn the balancing act with spiritual competition. We are both matter and spirit, and both need to be attended to remain balanced. We are searching for permanent happiness but end up with temporary happiness. Why? Because we live in duality.
Duality is not reality. That is why every pleasure ends up in pain, happiness in unhappiness. Life and health are the source of our activities. Health may not be everything, but without health everything is nothing.Our body and mind can give us pleasure or pain. It all depends how we use it. Pure body and mind gives us pleasure, whereas impure body and mind gives us pain. Come and learn how to purify body and mind through the ancient wisdom of spirituality.
