A heartwarming experience of immortal songs from yesteryears, the show paid tribute to singing legends like Suraiya, Noorjahan, Surendra, Shamshad Begum, Mohammad Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Geeta Dutt, Mukesh, Manna Dey etc. The immortal compositions of songsters Madan Mohan, Salil Chaudhury, SD Burman, RD Burman, Khayyam, Ghulam Mohammed, Roshan and Shankar Jaikishan transported the audience back to the golden age of Indian cinema. The songs included unforgettable numbers like Saiyan Dil Mein, Awaaz De Kahan Hai, Gore Gore, Aage Bhi Jaane Na Tu, Ae Mere Zohra Zabin, Ye Mera Deewanapan.
The concert went on for over five hours, well into the wee hours of the morning. The singers included Shekhar and Pranita Deshpande, Dilip Pande and Govind from Mumbai, Gayatri Rao from Hyderabad and local talents Laxmi Rao and Kala.
