An immigration seminar to address various issues and solutions was organized by George R. Willy, P.C. in association with the Khabar Magazine at the Global Mall on Sunday, October 10. The seminar was free to all and was held as a community service event.

Prominent speakers of the day were retired Houston INS District Director and a member of the Senior Executive Service, Richard B. Cravener, Attorney-at-law George R. Willy and Senior Associate Frank Guerra. The speakers focused on topics that were especially relevant to the audience which comprised of immigrants from South Asia and the Indian subcontinent residing in the greater Atlanta area.

George R. Willy spoke primarily on the L-1 class of visas that are geared towards intra-company transfers of managers, executives and specialty employees into the United States. Richard. Cravener spoke on I-485, change of status interview at the local Immigration Office. Frank Guerra spoke about cancellation of deportation/removal proceedings.
