MOVIE UPDATE
Two biggies slated for a January 2015 release are Tevar starring Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha, and Alone, a horror thriller starring Bipasha Basu and TV actor Karan Singh Grover.
Rumor has it that Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai might play leads (in the shoes of Ashok Kumar or Kishore Kumar, and the ravishing Madhubala) in Rohit Shetty’s next project, which is a remake of the 1958 cult comedy, Chalti ka Naam Gaadi.
Karan Johar has pulled off a casting coup of sorts. He has roped in Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Anushka Sharma for his next directorial venture, titled Aye Dil Hai Mushkil.
Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone will reportedly team up again in the Bollywood adaptation of Keigo Higashino’s Japanese novel The Devotion of Suspect X. The movie will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh.
