There will be a clash of two biggies this Diwali on November 13. Ajay Devgn’s production Son of Sardaar is pitched against Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan. While the former stars Ajay himself, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, and Juhi Chawla, the latter features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Anushka Sharma..
Aamir-Khan starrer Talaash is also slated for a November release. Aamir has Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor as his leading ladies in this suspense drama.
Anurag Basu’s Barfi ! starring Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra has been selected as India’s official entry to the Oscars 2013 in the Foreign Language category.
In Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha, Kareena Kapoor will reportedly play a TV reporter who later becomes the Prime Minister. The film also stars Jha’s favorites—Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal, and Manoj Bajpai.
