Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy promises to be a cinematic treat, with the super talented duo of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt having been signed up as the romantic leads. Though they will share space on the big screen for the first time, the two have already enthralled viewers with their crackling chemistry in a slew of advertisement commercials.
Gully Boy is said to be inspired by the real life characters of Naezy and Divine, street rappers from Mumbai’s chawls and ghettos.
