Sonam Kapoor ties the knot with beau Anand Ahuja
Resplendent in red, Sonam Kapoor made a happy and chirpy bride as she wed her charming beau, Delhi-based entrepreneur Anand Ahuja in a traditional Sikh ceremony performed at her maternal aunt’s heritage bungalow in Mumbai, on May 8. Besides family and close friends, some stars who attended the intimate day wedding were Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor and hubby Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Swara Bhaskar. The wedding was preceded by the fun-filled sangeet-cum-mehendi function on May 7 at which Sonam’s dad Anil Kapoor was in his elements, burning the dance floor!
The reception was a glitzy, star-studded affair with almost all of the film fraternity turning up.
