How much do you know about current events in India and the U.S.? Try this short quiz!

1. Indian millionaire Yogesh Mehta spent $14 million on his only son Rohan’s wedding in Florence, Italy.

2.The Florence City Council did not permit Rohan Mehta to arrive at his wedding on the back of an elephant, so he chose a camel instead.

3. A Sikh gurdwara in the Los Angeles suburbs was vandalized following the San Bernardino shootings.

4. A New York Times music critic named albums by two Indian-Americans, Vijay Iyer and Rudresh Mahanthappa, as among the top ten pop and jazz albums of 2015.

5. A Syrian surgeon in Britain was charged with making racist comments against Indian doctors, including saying that they should clean toilets and be gardeners, not practice medicine.

(1, 3, 4, and 5 really happened.)
