Good Sports: BODYBUILDER AIMS FOR PROFESSIONAL STATUS
Jasdeep Dhaliwal, 33, recently won the men’s physique overall title at the Manitoba Amateur Bodybuilding Provincial Championships. The Winnipeg man, who once played kabaddi professionally in his native Punjab and Canada, hopes to become a professional bodybuilder.His dream is to compete in the Mr. Olympia contest and appear on posters that will inspire young bodybuilders in India.
“I think I can be in those posters,” he said. “I can be the Arnold (Schwarzenegger) of India and open the door for everybody.”
