The firm specializes in long-term real estate investment strategies, rehabilitating distressed assets. It was started 8 years ago when the founders were 23 years old. Since then they have developed, bought, and sold several business outlets throughout Georgia and Alabama generating well over 250 jobs in the area. The company owns and operates five hotels, one quick serve restaurant, and one package store scattered throughout Southwest Georgia and central Alabama. It also owns and manages four retail strip center buildings and rental homes in various parts of Atlanta. Asset holdings have recently been diversified into distressed bank notes (loans).
