Kamlesh Chugh is “Mrs. Bharat Grandmother USA”
Who says pageants are only for the young? Grandmothers, too, can be glamorous! Just ask Atlantan Mrs. Kamlesh Chugh. At a suitably glitzy ceremony held in New Jersey’s Royal Albert’s Palace, she was crowned Mrs. Bharat Grandmother USA.

If there is a slight chance that you have not heard or met the lady from Atlanta, let us introduce her. She has a versatile, gregarious personality and a sunny disposition to boot! The lady has numerous achievements under her belt. Apart from being very active socially in the Indian community, she is President of the Greater Atlanta Punjabi Society (GAPS), mother and grandmother, and runs a successful business. Phew! But wait a minute, because there is more! She has in the past participated in the 2010 Mrs. India International Beauty Pageant and was declared the 1st runner up. She then went on to win the 2017 Mrs India International Inspirational Queen in Bangkok, Thailand. Not one to rest on her laurels, Kamlesh participated and won the newly minted Grandmom USA 2017 “Celebrating Grace” pageant as recently as December 3, 2017 in New Jersey.
Part of the reason for her stunning win apart from her obvious winsome personality was her true to life portrayal of the popular Internet personality of "Pammy aunty." Kamlesh Chugh gave an astonishing portrayal of the said character and won the heart of the jurors. Her sparkling personality shone bright amongst the numerous participants and the crown was hers.
The Mrs. Grandmother USA Pageant is the brainchild of Mr. Janak Bedi and Rashmi Bedi who run Mydream Entertainment LLC, founded to provide the best entertainment to the community in New Jersey. Their goal is to come up with creative and new ideas to add amazing fun for every entertainment event they hold and hence, help add beautiful and cheerful memories to anyone and everyone attending their event .Mydream entertainment is a family owned privately held organization and run by creative, talented, passionate, and fun loving team players. Their goal is FUN, FUN, and ONLY FUN !!!
The word Pageant is used because the company holds numerous pageants throughout the year with Grandmom being one. Others are Miss, Mrs., Teen, and Mr. Bharat, all owned By Mydream Entertainment LLC. The goal of the pageant is to empower each contestant with further personality grooming, to enhance their confidence, and provide them with a platform to showcase their talent and potential.
