Roy Ganga takes top honors as Georgia Toastmasters division governor of the year
Roy Ganga was named 2007 Division Governor of the Year for the State of Georgia at Toastmasters District 14's Annual Fall Conference, in Augusta Ga. Ganga was selected as Division Governor of the Year among 10 Toastmaster Division Governors statewide. Ganga was the 2006-2007 Division Governor, responsible for overseeing six areas, 35 Toastmaster cubs and over 650 members in North Fulton County. Under his direct leadership as Division Governor, Ganga led his Division to President's Distinguished Status, the highest honor bestowed upon a Division in the Toastmasters International organization. Ganga delivered the inspirational message during the Fall Conference awards banquet, with his message of embracing a positive attitude. Toastmasters is a non-profit organization which provides a positive learning environment in which members have the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
