The San Francisco Bulletin runs an article entitled, “Britain Asked Dayal’s Arrest.”

The article calls for the arrest of “Har Dayal, Hindu lecturer and savant.” It goes on to say that British officials believed that Dayal, an Indian nationalist and the founder of the Ghadar party in America, was “plotting against the British government.”
