Khabar participates in Ethnic Media Day at the Georgia Capitol

Georgia State Representative Pedro Marin (D-District 96) had called the meeting of media representatives from India Tribune, Khabar magazine, NRI Pulse, TV Asia, Atlanta RadioKorea, China Tribune, Georgia Asian Times, Korean Television Network, Korea Times, The Korea Daily, The Xin Times, Tre magazine, and World Journal to honor them by initiating Georgia House Resolution 77, a proclamation describing their efforts to “ensure that there is fair and accurate coverage of religion, race, ethnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation throughout the journalism industry; increase and broaden news coverage focusing on people of diverse backgrounds; and dispel stereotypes and myths about religion, race, ethnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation.”
