Ameya Jadhav, a junior at Denmark High School in Forsyth County, has been elected as state president of the Georgia Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Founded by Hamden L. Forkner in 1940, FBLA is the world’s largest career and technical student organization dedicated to preparing students for careers in business.Elected after a selection process that tested his business acumen and leadership excellence, Ameya will lead Georgia, the largest state chapter in the world with 25,000 members, for the next year. He has also been selected as one of four students to represent Georgia at the International Science and Engineering Fair in May.
