Dr. Jagdish Sheth received the RISE Citizen Award, which recognizes individuals who have led inspiring initiatives to develop their communities using approaches that are Responsible, Inclusive, Sustainable, and Eco-friendly (RISE). The RISE World Summit is an annual conference that connects thousands of participants from around the globe and aims to improve the development sector. Dr. Sheth is a Padma Bhushan recipient and a Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Business at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He has mentored TiE Atlanta for over 20 years and is founder of the Sheth Family Foundation. Globally known for his scholarly contributions in consumer behavior, relationship marketing, competitive strategy, and geopolitical analysis, he received all four top awards given by the American Marketing Association (AMA).
