Apna Ghar: seminar: Challenges of Elderly Minorities
Apna Ghar, a home health care agency for the elderly, with the help of ICNA Relief Atlanta, Masjid Maryam (Islamic Center of Duluth), and Hamzah Islamic Center is hosting a seminar, to be held twice, in two locations.
The topic of discussion will be the 'unique challenges facing the elderly minorities in the United States.'
Apna Ghar will be conducting a study on what the needs are of the elderly in our community.
Please encourage family and friends to join and learn about these efforts. We invite everyone interested to learn more about the services provided by Apna Ghar. APNA GHAR is the first non-medical home care agency to address the needs of the elderly South Asian community. We are inclusive, but not excluding anyone based on religion or cultural beliefs.
