Rain out change: Join us for an Online Power Hour on the originally scheduled date for the Supreme Court's oral arguments on the Muslim Ban. As we now face Muslim Ban 3.0, we must show up and stand together to fight against the shared oppression of immigrants and people of color. We encourage you to take a quick break from your work week or come during your lunch hour to show support and solidarity with those affected by the Muslim Ban. This is your chance to show our Georgia officials that our communities will not be divided in these harsh times.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: due to the expected thunderstorms tomorrow, the Power Hour Rally has been changed to an Online Power Hour!

Take an hour away from work during your lunch break and dedicate some time to raising your voice about the #NoMuslimBanEver campaign. Grab a coworker or a friend and take four easy actions as you eat your lunch! Join us online for a Facebook live video at 11:15 am EST as we announce an exciting raffle opportunity and share some more updates about the Muslim Ban. Keep an eye out for our Power Hour Playlist that we'll share here tomorrow morning on Facebook!

That's it! Take a Lunch. Raise your voice. Join us online. All from the comfort of your own office, conference room, or wherever you are! If you are able to join us in person, come over to our office in Norcross (6040 Unity Drive, Suite E) for lunch and an in-person power hour from 11am-1pm.

More info: bit.ly/ATLpowerhour  and see flyer below.

Mission: bring attention to the Muslim Ban arguments at the SCOTUS, and focus on these key principles:
-End Criminalization: End policies, like bans, walls and raids, that treat our communities as inherently suspect and foster bigotry and hate. -Build Solidarity: The Muslim and refugee bans are on a continuum of exclusionary policies, White supremacy, xenophobia and racism. We are stronger when we understand these connections and work together.

-Center Directly Impacted People: Center communities directly affected by the Muslim and refugee bans, namely Muslims, refugees, and nationals from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

Speakers, program, and more logisitcs will be updated soon! Check back here in the coming days.
