Blood Work Days

Fasting for 8 hours prior to blood draw is highly recommended
Medications and water may be taken prior to blood draw
Health fair participation/registration fee is $20/person - includes the following
tests: complete blood count, glucose, kidney and liver functions, electrolytes,
cholesterol panel, thyroid test and HgA1C. No additional blood tests will be done
The results for blood work done on August 04 & 10 will be provided on the day of
health fair (August 18)

Health information booths with free educational material
Health and nutritional counseling by specialists
Please bring your medications and medical reports to discuss with physicians
