Whether it’s routine surgery, an accident or disaster, every minute of every day someone needs blood to survive. Join us at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir - Atlanta to support BAPS Charities Fall Blood Drive 2016 on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Register here for the blood drive. Walk-ins are welcome as well.

Sharad Purnima is celebrated on Aso Sud Punam every year. On this day, Gunatitanand Swami was born in Bhadra. In many occasions, Bhagwan Swaminarayan revealed Gunatitanand Swami as an incarnate of Aksharbrahma. Aksharbrahma Gunatitanand Swami helped countless individuals on the path to God-realization and spirituality. A special event rejoicing the life of Aksharbrahma Gunatitanand Swami and understanding the importance of Aksharbrahma on path of spirituality, will be celebrated on Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 3:30 pm onwards.

BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Atlanta invites parents and their kids to learn and experience the festive tradition and celebration of Diwali with fun-filled games on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Registration is required for this event.

In memory of HH Pramukh Swami Maharaj, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir will celebrate Diwali in the traditional manner of lightning diwas. There will be no Diwali fireworks this year.

Grand Annakut Darshan

The day following Diwali is the beginning of the Hindu New Year. The Hindu New Year is traditionally celebrated with the Annakut – literally meaning, a mountain of food. Every year over a thousand unique thals (vegetarian delicacies) are devotionally prepared by devotees and are offered in devotional gratitude for the past year and to seek blessings for the New Year ahead. BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir - Atlanta cordially invites you for darshan of the Grand Annakut with family and friends.
