Bhojanic Regional Cuisine & Cultural Bazaar
Join us for a unique opportunity to celebrate and learn more about the richness and diversity of the regions of India!
You'll have an opportunity to explore the food, traditions, heritage, art and culture through demonstrations and interactive areas.
Hosted by The Cook's Warehouse and Chef Archna Becker of Bhojanic, the night's activities will include:
* 5 food stations, each highlighting a dish that represents a different region of India
* A cooking demonstration and presentation on spices used in Indian cooking by Chef Archna Becker
* Henna tattoo artist
* Learn about and see traditional jewelry and clothing
* Pop-up Indian vendors
* Traditional music
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Raksha.
Raksha - meaning "protection" in several South Asian languages, is a Georgia-based nonprofit organization for the South Asian Community.
Raksha's mission is to promote a stronger and healthier South Asian community through confidential support services, education, and advocacy.
