Bookstores Against Borders
We booksellers are watching the horrors at the border and are feeling small and admittedly helpless. But we are neither of these things. Charis Books and More, along with other indie bookstores and presses across the nation, is committing to donate 10% percent of all in-store sales to
Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services ( RAICES)
from July 5-7. We urge our feminist community to join us in this initiative to send aid to immigrants & detainees at the border. Thank you to A Room of One's Own Bookstore for organizing this fundraiser for RAICES. #bookstoresagainstborders
