Building Georgia's Asian American Future:
Banquet and Reception to Honor Kiran Ahuja,
White House Initiatives for the Asian American & Pacific Islanders (AAPI), Executive Director.

Date: Thursday, June 27, 2013

Global Mall, 5675 Jimmy Carter Blvd., Norcross, GA 30071
Tickets: in advance $40 (students $25), at the door $50,

This gathering will include several mayors (Georgia), elected officials, legislators, and prominent leaders who will collectively present City Keys as well as proclamations to Ms. Ahuja for her accomplishments thus far.

The funds raised will be contributed towards GA AAPI Legislative Day at the Capitol next year. This year's Legislative Day was a huge success and we wish to build upon that and convey to the policy makers that we need to elect an Asian American Commissioner to oversee Asian American issues in Georgia, a huge step towards betterment for our communities.

The program will also include presentations by Ms. Ahuja besides a few other noted officials as well as entertainment, food, and spirits (sold separately).
