The proposed panel discussion at the Chai & Just Chat is designed to offer perspectives on childhood cancer, strategies to work as a multidisciplinary global team to conquer pediatric cancer. Experts from academia, healthcare industry, clinicians, caregivers, survivors, complementary therapists will further discuss survivorship, valuable community programs, translational research, policies & access issues and challenges faced by the families and appropriate follow up care.
September Chai and Just Chat is held in collaboration with Access Life America. Access Life America is a non-profit organization helping children and their families globally by providing hygienic accommodation in their battle against cancer. Additionally, participate in the auctioning of paintings by the Access Life America children artists.
The power of public dialogue between subject matter experts, scientists, physicians and survivors will address cutting edge cancer research and community resources available to create a support system for survivors’ wellbeing.
