Gender equality is a societal issue. Women are still underrepresented in leadership and spheres of influence including media, finance, politics, and business. Women are disproportionately overrepresented in low wage service industry.

In times of social change, how can women model new paradigms of leadership?

Panelists will discuss the importance of woman’s leadership to advance economic and social change. What has influenced the women in our society to change? What is the role of Him in HerStory? Solutions for gender equality have to be found jointly by men and women. The participation and partnership of both women and men is required for changing the environment to be more inclusive and productive.
