A team of artisans in India used plaster molds to create the faces of Hanuman and Ganesha seen in Manjari Sharma's photographs of Hindu deities in the exhibition Transcendent Deities of India: The Everyday Occurrence of the Divine. In this two-part workshop, children will view the photographs and videos of Sharma and the artisans at work, then create their own cast-plaster elephant masks with teaching artist Ana Vizurraga.

Drop-off workshop for children ages 8 to 12 years.
Fee: $25 for members; $35 for nonmembers. Online registration is required.
