Cross-cultural Competency in U.S./India Partnerships
Cross-cultural Competency 2.0: What We Need to Succeed in Today’s U.S./India Partnerships
By Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce
You are invited to join for a “Samosa and Chai” Speaker Series networking event featuring guest speaker, Vicki Flier Hudson, Chief Collaboration Officer, Highroad Global Services, Inc. Ms. Hudson helps her clients build successful cross-cultural partnerships between the U.S., Europe and India. Her offerings also include living and working programs for expatriates, and global leadership coaching.
In today’s market, being “global” is a must. That means companies and leaders who make cross-cultural skills a priority will have the highest chance of success. But what do those skills look like? What has changed from five or ten years ago? In this interactive discussion, we will look at the cultural differences that still affect U.S./India partnerships today, as well as innovative ways that top companies are embedding cross-cultural intelligence into their organizational landscape. We will explore the role of bias and inclusion in creating successful cross-border relationships and hear diverse perspectives from attendees.
