As part of the Halle Distinguished Fellows program, Arvind Gupta will discuss his work on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) campaign for Prime Minister Narendra Modi—called by CNN “the first social media election"—as well as the anticipated growth of social and mobile media in India and his vision for a digital india. A reception will follow.

Gupta is the national director of information and technology for India's Bharatiya Janata Party and a 2014 Eisenhower Fellow. He advises the BJP on e-governance, digital outreach, IT policy and internal modernization. Learn more >>
