Today's youth face a lot of challenges due to peer pressure, a very demanding and competitive environment, where they are constantly in a race to perform better. This has been leading to mental agitations and questioning in their own minds, if they are good enough to face the world. It shows up in declining mental health which is becoming very rampant these days.
Pujya Swami Swaroopanandaji, Head of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide is visiting CMA from Aug 4th - Aug 7th, and on Aug 6th at 11am, he will address the youth on this very topic of handling pressure, build self-esteem and taking care of their own mental well being.
