This will be a great opportunity to meet doctors and discuss problems pertaining to
your health. In particular, we will have specialists who could advice you regarding High
Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Weight Loss, Yoga, Preventive Medicine, Physical Therapist,
Immunizations for Adults etc.
Kindly bring along any prior Lab Work, EKG, CT/MRI Scan Reports or any other
pertinent information that you may have to help the physicians to identify your
problems accurately and advise regarding possible treatments.
We will be performing Free EKG test, Bone Density test, Specialist and Primary Care
Consultations and more (Depending upon availability)
Lab Work: Those requiring Lab Work are asked to be at the location on time at 8:00
AM. They must fast 12 Hours earlier and must consume 2 to 3 glasses of plain water in
the morning. Lab work tests, if needed, cost only $35.00, which will include CBC,
Chemistry, Thyroid Function and more.
Please bring along a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for the Lab Work results to be
mailed back to you so you can follow up with your regular Primary Care Physicians, if
needed.
