Come join us for a day of Free Yoga & Meditation in Atlanta
Free Yoga Day includes family-friendly yoga sessions suitable for everyone. Learn simple but powerful practices that empower you to operate at your peak performance, improve your physical health and mental sharpness, and cultivate harmonious relationships in all aspects of life.
The Day includes:
- Simple but powerful yoga for your body, mind & emotions.
- Unique meditation sessions
- Wholesome Healthy Meal
- Fun Games.
No physical agility or previous experience of yoga is needed to attend these sessions. There are multiple sessions throughout the day. Attendees can choose to attend one or multiple sessions.
