Sessions by Visiting scholar Acharya Gyaneshwar Arya
Accomplished preacher of Patanjali Yog philosophy and a renowned orator on Aastha and Vichar tv channels
Vaanprasth Saadhak Aashram, Gujrat india
These are 60-75 mins sessions about uplifting our souls - the sessions will also include easy techniques and practice for meditation.
Sessions will be followed by pot-luck dinner.

Please take your seats 5 mins ahead of time. Anyone missing the beginning part will not have much to learn in the later part. So, please be there ahead of time for the sake of other people's convenience. Please also invite family and friends.

Little kids can be seated in the the area.

Acharya Ji is dedicated to teach Meditation to improve inner peace, and seek Spirituality in daily life. In eloquent yet simple illustrious discourse style Acharyaji will explain the significance of the Patanjali’s Yoga from a Vedic perspective. Acharya Ji will also delve upon simple yet powerful meditation techniques that will help devotees in their daily sadhana (spiritual practice). The discourse will be in Hindi.
