Acharya Ashish Darshnacharya Ji, an expert in Meditation and Patanjali Yog, is currently visiting USA. Acharya ji is an impressive speaker and has traveled extensively in the endeavor to propagate spiritual uplift. His focus is meditation and the use of meditation and Yog for the body and mind connection. He delivers eloquent lectures with practical applications in daily life. Initially trained as an engineer, Acharya Ji has explored the Yog & Meditation from a position of logic for the past 15+ years and has become a master in explaining the Real Philosophy & Meditation scientifically.

This is a Free, 90 - 100 mins session on tips for Healthy body & Healthy mind that emphasizes on body and mind connection, what aids in making a pious mind and how our diet helps it. Session will be followed by pot-luck dinner.
Please take your seats 5 mins ahead of time. Anyone missing the beginning part will not have much to learn in the later part. So, please be there ahead of time for the sake of other people's convenience. Please also invite family and friends.
Little kids can be seated in the kitchen area.
