Time: Please come on empty stomach from (7.30am-10.30am)for blood work

August 18th Saturday - Lab test/EKG/Bone marrow donor registry Lab-C18, CBC-D, Lipid Profile, TSH, HgA1C and PSA for Male. 

Cost-$25/Person

RSVP by August 15th, 2012 .CASH and CHECKS Only, NO CREDIT CARD Please. 

Bone Marrow donor registration-This is first ever Bone marrow drive organized at JSGA. We encourage everybody between the ages of 18 and 60 to come for free registration. You can help save a life; no blood work needed for this registration, only cheek swabs will be needed. We will have detailed information for you at Bone marrow donor booth on August 18th.

August 26th Sunday - Free medical consultation (9.00am-12.00pm) Weight, Height, BMI, Blood Pressure, Pulse and Oxygen saturation checks will be provided at no cost. Please bring your old test results and medicine bottle to be reviewed by medical professionals. They will provide free consultation on Heart ,Liver, Kidney, Breathing, Snoring, Thyroid, Diabetes and other health diseases. Physical therapy and Nutritional services are also available.
