Renowned Indian Yogi Dinesh Kashikar gives a public talk on
“Infinity through a Keyhole”
Atlanta chapter of Art of Living Foundation, a global non-profit
educational and service organization has invited renowned Yogi from India, Mr. Dinesh Kashikar. A close
disciple of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Mr. Kashikar is an expert in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (yoga of
breath) and Vedic knowledge. With a passion to share spiritual knowledge with the world, Mr. Kashikar
has traveled extensively and has taught Art of Living programs globally to an estimated half a million
people. Mr. Kashikar is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher, and holds an ERYT 500 accreditation. In
addition, he holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT), Mumbai. He also serves as a Director with Sri Sri Yoga Insitute in India. As a yoga
teacher trainer, he has also created numerous audio and video content for yoga training. His talks
connect ancient wisdom to modern life, making it practical and applicable for everyone.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder of Art of Living Foundation, says that “the ultimate the purpose of all
activity in our daily lives is to attain happiness.” However, in the process we end up creating stress in
different aspects of our existence – body, mind, relationships, environment, and so on. Through his talk
on “Infinity through a Keyhole,” Mr. Kashikar leads the audience on a journey to deep within the Self,
the source of infinite joy and happiness. Through wisdom that is easy to comprehend and relate to our
daily lives and a guided meditation, people will get a glimpse of this rich source of happiness we carry
within us and will also learn practical tools to enhance our health, happiness and relationships.
