Indian language programs in India this summer
Indian language programs of the American Institute of Indian Studies. AIIS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing knowledge about India in the United States.
AIIS is now accepting applications for our 2019-20 summer, semester, and academic year language programs.
AIIS offers intensive, immersion-based instruction in over 15 modern and classical South Asian languages at multiple sites in India.
Undergraduates, graduate students, and teachers are eligible to apply. Full fellowships are available for qualified applicants to the fall semester and academic year programs (for U.S. citizens and permanent residents only).
