India's Cashless Future: Fintech as a Solution

Join us at The Buckhead Club on Thursday, November 9 as we host Sharad Sharma, Co-Founder of The Indian Software Product Industry Roundtable (iSPIRT), an ‘activist’ think tank whose goal is to turn innovation into reality. Founded in 2013, iSPIRT notes that “Silicon Valley does an admirable job of innovating for the first billion. India has the potential to innovate for the next six billion.”
While India has poor roads and haphazard urban planning, behind the scenes, it is the world’s fastest growing large economy and has the world’s largest number of open Internet users. Aadhaar, its biometric ID system, and India Stack, a set of public technology building blocks, are transforming India. Dr. Sharad Sharma will explain why India Stack is "the largest technological breakthrough of any nation in living memory" and is "at least as important as the railroad was to the UK or the interstate highways was to the US. India is now the most attractive investment opportunity in the world."
