International Day of Yoga

The Indian Consulate for the Southeastern USA in association with Indian Council for Cultural Relations is hosting the 5th FREE International Day of Yoga on Sunday June 23rd at Heritage Sandy Springs Park from 7:30 to 10:30 am. Internationally acclaimed Yogi, Dr. Somveer will conduct course in Yogic meditation and breathing techniques as well as Basic Yoga Asana's (postures). This is a fantastic opportunity not only for interested individuals but for Yoga Center Owners to get a master class as well.
