Enjoy a day visiting the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences (III), the main center in North America for Isha Foundation, founded by yogi and visionary Sadhguru. The vibrant spiritual center offers a full range of yoga and meditation programs that provide methods for anyone to attain physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
You and your family will have the opportunity to experience Mahima hall, the unique central feature of the Isha campus. Mahima is the largest meditation hall in the western hemisphere, a 39,000 sq. ft. free spanning dome, which has been energized by Sadhguru through the process of consecration. Anyone can mediate in this powerful space and benefit from the energies present.
During the Open House, free meditation sessions will be available in Mahima for all visitors to learn simple meditation practices.
12:30pm – 1:15pm, Aumkar Initiation - an opportunity for visitors to be initiated into the timeless Aum meditation. When practiced, this meditation can help strengthen one's physical and mental constitution and bring about tremendous balance and wellbeing.
2:00pm – 2:45pm, Isha Kriya Meditation - a simple but powerful guided meditation designed by Sadhguru can be practiced at home. Daily practice of Isha Kriya will help you to reorganize your energies and provide enhanced clarity, improved health, heightened focus and energy, greater prosperity and a state of peacefulness and joy.
The Open House will also offer a tour of the facility, light refreshments, and time to explore the hiking and biking trails leading to pristine bluffs, valleys, and waterfalls in our 1,200-acre property spread over the beautiful Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. |
